Traditional uses a research-based curriculum called “The Creative Curriculum” along with the NYS Prekindergarten Foundation for the Common Core. As the children explore with different materials in the classroom and outdoors, teachers observe to gain insight about their development. From these observations, teachers are able to structure individualized activities that will allow for growth in four developmental areas; Social, Emotional, Cognitive and Physical. We also follow ELOF goals and implement DOE explorations for Birth to 3k.
